Congratulations to Pakmen legend and Queens Gaels' team captain,
Niko Rukavina, who led his team to GOLD at the 2012 OUA Championships. The all-star left side hitter was forced to play libero for much of the season due to a knee injury but he was back at left side for the championship. Niko was selected this year’s Libero of the Year. The Gaels’ libero collected a league high 181 digs on the season in 59 games played. He also led the league with a 3.07 dig per game average which was good for seventh in the country.
